Drawing on her own experiences as a Ghanaian-British woman who searched in vain for ways to achieve wellbeing that felt authentic to her and aligned with her identity, she now creates wellness tools and events to help others on the same journey. Through content, coaching and community, she is committed to make wellness accessible and relevant to Africans and the Diaspora around the world.
